We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Perennial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 4 years of experience in selling fixed bid and staff augmentation service models.
  • Strong track record of success in key account management with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
