We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our B2B business development in FMCG & Pharma sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern trade, e-commerce, and third-party manufacturing, along with strategic leadership to drive domestic and export growth.
About the Role:
We require an experienced professional to develop and execute effective B2B sales & marketing strategies across Domestic & International markets. This role involves driving business across modern trade, e-commerce & institutional sales, managing third-party manufacturing partnerships, leading product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities, building strong relationships with corporate, distributors & government entities, tracking market trends & competitor analysis, leading and mentoring the sales & marketing team, and coordinating with R&D, production & supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales & marketing strategies for Domestic & International markets.
- Drive business growth across modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional sales channels.
- Manage third-party manufacturing partnerships to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, distributor, and government entities.
- Track market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Pharma B2B sales.
- Knowledge of aerosols, cosmetics, beverages, personal care products.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
