Ciklum is looking for an Associate Sales Director to grow our Banking and Financial Services vertical in the UK.

Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing organizations worldwide.

About the role:

You will be adept at identifying market/customer demand that aligns with our services and stimulating client interest. This is an individual contributor role for an exceptional networker and communicator that has a demonstrable track record in facilitating early-stage discussions and progressing them from prospect to close. You will be part of a high performing sales team and will be supported by our in-house lead generation and marketing teams but are also expected to generate your own leads if needed to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

Research develop and maintain target account listDevelop and follow account-based marketing strategiesDevelop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at target clients, identifying opportunities that match with our solutions stimulating client interestFacilitate and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunitiesLead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signatureSupport market sales leads in strategic sales pursuitsEnsure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow Ciklum sales processAchieving quarterly KPIs and metricsBuilding compelling value propositions, (content and materials) which support the business development process

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in selling technology solutions / IT servicesProven track record of successfully selling into an industry verticalAn established network of clients and contacts within the BFSI and / or fintech industry is a mustPossess a proven track record of exceeding annual quotas of >$3M in signingsExcellent presentation skills, both verbally and written with a proven track record in own personal sales resultsAbility to interact with C-Level Executives, convey the value proposition of the Ciklum suite of services, and explain in clear terms how Ciklum can help the C-Level executive execute onhis/her business strategy
