Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions in India.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
  • Oversee workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and other HR programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Develop and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark best practices to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in HR, including 5 years at a managerial level.
  • Solid understanding of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in data centers or telecom fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
