Job Description:

Rurash Financials Private Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive organizational growth.

This key role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of human resources best practices.

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Conduct thorough employee inductions and ensure seamless joining formalities
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Design innovative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Promote a work environment aligned with company values
Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems
  • Collaborate with managers to conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRMS system
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll functions
Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs through consultation with managers
  • Coordinate and track employee learning programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
