Senior HR Business Partner
Job Description:Rurash Financials Private Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive organizational growth.
This key role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of human resources best practices.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct thorough employee inductions and ensure seamless joining formalities
- Design innovative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Promote a work environment aligned with company values
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems
- Collaborate with managers to conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRMS system
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll functions
- Identify training needs through consultation with managers
- Coordinate and track employee learning programs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Dynamic, growing organization with a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Exposure to diverse HR functions and strategic initiatives
