About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives. Your expertise in bridging management and employee relations will play a crucial role in addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. You will also oversee the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation. Additionally, you will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Furthermore, you will nurture a positive working environment, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, maintain pay plans and benefits programs, assess training needs, apply, and monitor training programs. Finally, you will report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. * 5+ years of experience in HR management. * Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
