Job Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our organization. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.
The successful candidate will have expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources, experience with Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law, proficiency in Performance Management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and proactively, previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in Private Ltd Company, Entire Compliance knowledge.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage relationships between employees and the organization
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to labor and employment laws
- Oversee performance evaluation and development processes
