Senior HR Strategist

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Strategist to lead our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing recruitment processes, designing organizational policies, and setting objectives for the HR department. They will also be responsible for shaping our employer brand strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, develop, and retain qualified employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set performance objectives for the HR team and monitor progress
  • Develop and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment
  • Create compensation and benefits plans that align with business goals
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host recruitment events and activities
  • Collaborate with managers to discuss employee career development paths
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review and manage departmental resources
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliant HR procedures

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
