Role

The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, recruitment planning, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.

Job Description

- 6+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Retention
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of high-potential employees
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and morale initiatives
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Compensation Planning
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks
- Understanding of HR Compliances, TDS, Labor Laws, and Regulations
- Advise management on HR policies and best practices
- Experience in creating annual budget plan for HR activities
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Requirements

- Proficiency in HR, Payroll and ATS softwares
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- It's 5-days a week working but must be available when needed (rarely) over holidays or weekends for conducting interviews and/or addressing employee grievances.
- Process-oriented and Proactive in all aspects of HR Management
- Ability to take right decisions without involving top management
- Experience in working with small to mid-sized IT companies
