The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and policy implementation, tailored to the unique needs of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and abroad education services.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including hiring counselors, sales staff, and support teams.

Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

Maintain HR records, payroll, and employee benefits management.

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.

Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of HR experience (experience in education or service-based industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
