Human Resource Support Specialist

The Human Resource Support Specialist will be responsible for providing critical support to the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and preparing job descriptions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on best practices for HR processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
