As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

You will oversee the management of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance activities as well as develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Responsibilities include employee relations, grievances, and performance management

You will prepare HR reports using MS Excel and possess strong analytical skills to provide insights that inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities also include handling employee relations, grievances, and performance management.

This is a senior role requiring a minimum of 4 years' experience in HR, with expertise in labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.

A strong understanding of HRMS systems and proficiency in MS Excel are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills to drive business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams.

An advanced degree such as a Master's Degree/MBA in HR is preferred but not required.
