Job Title:

Finance Manager for Home Lending

About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization responsible for developing strong relationships with new builders and expanding our business network through strategic partnerships.

  • We are seeking an experienced APF Manager to initiate and build long-term relationships with new builders for project approvals.
  • The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and manage new channel partnerships to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Responsibilities include achieving top-line numbers and revenue targets, driving bulk deals with builders, and focusing on increasing market penetration with Super Prime and Prime products.
  • Average ticket size should be maintained at ₹25 Lakhs and above in sourcing.
  • The incumbent will oversee the entire project approval process efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Market trends, competition, and adaptation strategies will be analyzed for growth and market share.
  • Compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements will be ensured.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in APF (Approved Project Finance) and channel development.
  • Proven track record in executing and managing builder relationships and channel partnerships.
  • Strong relationship management, execution, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
