Loan Servicing Expert

This is a vital position within our Loans group, focused on delivering specific tasks and requirements. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will gain valuable exposure to various aspects of operating a banking office.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently adhere to established quality and quantity Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure 100% compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
- Effectively manage Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and other financial processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for process-related queries and clarifications.
- Prioritize attention to detail to ensure all documents are processed accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of delivery.
