Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

The role of Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative involves providing expert guidance and training to less experienced team members in interpreting complex policies and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Research, respond to, and resolve complex inquiries related to loan servicing.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on loan agency inquiries and servicing language in loan documentation and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to the support team.
  • Coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers.
  • Support loan trading and assignments.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
