Senior Loan Operations Specialist

The Senior Loan Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing a pipeline of pending loans, prioritizing tasks accordingly, and ensuring timely completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and reviewing commercial loan documentation, including attorney-prepared and Laser Pro-prepared documents
- Identifying key terms within loan documentation and entering loan details into the ACBS system of record
- Navigating the bank's Commercial Loan Origination platform to access required loan documents
- Onboarding new clients to the Bank's Client Onboarding application and updating core systems with commercial, corporate, private wealth, and consumer lending actions
- Translating key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system of record
- Understanding complex loan structures and complex loan documentation, including large syndicated transactions
- Properly transacting offsets within the Loan General Ledger system to account for fees and loan offsets at booking
Required background includes:
- Min 3-12 years' experience in Commercial Loan Servicing across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans
- Excellent knowledge of ACBS Loan Management System is a must
- Good understanding of Term Loans, Credit Cards, ACH, etc.
- Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
- Good understanding of Project Management principles
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are essential for this role. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and optimal client satisfaction.
