Senior Loan Operations Manager

As a Loan Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a team responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing or closing tasks, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or underwriting activities. This includes engaging stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Lending Operations functional area.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional area.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies.
- Oversee the implementation of practices to ensure adherence to business objectives and ensure that performance metrics are met.
- Make informed credit decisions and resolve issues regarding performance of a business unit or functional area.
- 4+ years of experience in transactions and processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, or Operations with strong experience in Loans operations or a related field is preferred. A deep understanding of LIQ systems, Board and fund, and Deal closing processes is essential.
