Job Profile
  • Purpose of Role: Manage end-to-end loan processing and servicing activities ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process: Perform duties diligently and work closely with overseas branches to process transactions accurately.
  • Customer: Deliver high-quality service enhancing reputation and meeting customer expectations.
  • People: Mentor and develop high-performing loan operations teams ensuring effective workload distribution, performance management, and accountability.
  • Other: Resolve operational issues escalated by team members.

The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end loan processing and servicing activities while ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing the duties of checker for the activities assigned diligently.
  • Nurturing team members and understanding the process, policies of the Bank, and adhering to the needs.
  • Working closely with the overseas branch to process and execute transactions as per accuracy, quality standards SLAs of the Bank.
  • Delivering a high-quality service to enhance the function's reputation and meet customer expectations.
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing loan operations team ensuring effective workload distribution, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Performing the checking process on operational issues escalated by the less experienced members of the team.

We have plans to significantly ramp-up growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing global networks.

This role requires a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in managing Loan Operations, strong PC skills, MS Office, extensive experience in Loan Products, static data maintenance process, customer data management, understanding system applications used for Lending, hands-on experience in managing stakeholders, governance, and toll gates.

Flexible working in shifts, exposure to regulatory guidelines and financial regulations, Graduate and/or Postgraduate, good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others, attention to details.
