We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Lending Services team. As an extension of our US-based client, you will be part of a team ensuring we meet applicable SLAs.
Main Responsibilities:- Loan Documentation Review: Review commercial loan documentation and identify key terms within the documents.
- Data Entry: Enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc.
- Credit Approval Document Interpretation: Understand and interpret the Bank's credit approval document and any applicable credit write-up.
- Commercial Loan Origination Platform Navigation: Navigate the bank's Commercial Loan Origination platform to access required loan documents.
- New Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients to the Bank's Client Onboarding application (Signature UI).
- Credit Actions Processing: Process new, renewed, and modification credit actions in the Bank's core system (ACBS) for Commercial, Corporate, Private Wealth, and Consumer lending actions.
- Key Term Translation: Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system of record.
- Complex Loan Structures Management: Manage complex loan structures and loan documentation (including large, syndicated transactions).
- Offset Transactions: Properly transact offsets within the Loan General Ledger system to account for fees and loan offsets at booking.
- Commercial Loan Servicing Experience: Minimum 3-12 years' experience in Commercial Loan Servicing across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans.
- Lending Services Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Lending Services life cycle, Loan Agreements, security agreements, and other loan documents.
- ACBS System Expertise: Strong knowledge of ACBS Loan Management System is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of Term Loans, Credit Cards, ACH, etc.
- Education: Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance).
- Project Management Skills: Good understanding of Project Management principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
