About the Role:

The company is seeking a debt capital management specialist with expertise in structuring debt transactions and experience in NBFCs or small finance banks.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the process of raising debt capital from lenders and financial institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with rating agencies and investors to secure funding.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Develop strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from lenders and financial institutions.
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks and NBFCs.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or small finance banks is essential.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
