Debt Finance Manager

The primary responsibility of the Debt Finance Manager is to oversee the process of raising long-term capital for the organization. This involves identifying and structuring suitable debt financing opportunities, negotiating with lenders, and ensuring timely disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement debt financing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential lenders, including banks, financial institutions, and investors
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules with lenders
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and internal teams
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in debt finance or a related field
