About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Finance professional to join growing team. This role will be critical in driving financial planning, managing debt fundraising, and delivering actionable insights through structured MIS. You'll work closely with the founders, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and track performance against financial plans.

• Support business teams with financial insights and data-driven decision-making.

• Perform variance analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.

• Support end-to-end process for raising debt (working capital, term loans, NBFC/bank financing).

• Build financial models, manage lender documentation, and coordinate due diligence.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with financial institutions and investors.

• Develop and manage dashboards, monthly MIS reports, and financial review decks.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive automation and process improvements in reporting systems.

Requirements:

• CA or MBA (Finance) with 2–6 years of relevant experience in startups or high-growth businesses.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, business performance metrics, and debt instruments.

• Hands-on experience with MIS, budgeting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Startup mindset – proactive, agile, and outcome-driven.
