Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to provide insights on business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial results and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through careful analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance against targets.
  • Support decision-making processes by providing actionable financial insights.
  • Lead the development of financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management or business finance roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
