  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead debt fundraising processes to secure capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Establish relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • A strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • A solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
