Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead internal and external sales teams through commercial construct and deal value proposition optimization.
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms and lead the strategy for the negotiation approach.
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders, partners, and Account Teams to help our customers deliver their business goals and achieve Microsoft revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
