About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Max HR.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the control valves market.
- Develop a deep understanding of our control valve products and their applications.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, engineering firms, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective communication of product features and benefits to clients.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.
Ideal Candidate
Desired Profile:
- BE Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Production.
- 10-13 Years of relevant experience in selling control valves.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a local language.
