This is a remote position where you will be working as a Senior Sales Professional. Your primary responsibility will be to have a consultative sales approach, focusing on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure through customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.

You will ensure sales diligence by building and managing sales pipelines through sales cadences and follow-ups to achieve revenue targets. You will also be proactive in awareness about what the competition is doing to build or improve sales strategies.

You will work as part of a team, collaborating with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing team to get client feedback heard and issues resolved. You will also mentor and coach new members of the team, sharing your knowledge and best practices.

You will be the voice of the customers, putting forth suggestions for new features and improvements on our existing ones through client interactions. You will also build networks, coordinating and engaging with necessary members from the Product Operations and Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and growth campaigns.

You will build customer relationships, connecting with existing customers as their web advisor and helping them achieve their business goals by provisioning the right set of products and services.

Finally, you will come up with campaign ideas, pick up projects that help sales teams, and work on a predefined roster.

What you need to succeed:

  • Graduate from any stream (mandatory)
  • 24 years of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.) in the Indian market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and peers
  • Quick learner with an inquisitive mind and desire to outperform
  • Interested and inclined towards technology
  • Willingness to work on a predefined roster
  • Desire and passion to collaborate, learn, and grow
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to complete large volumes of work
