Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 per annum

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or sales management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

  • Team Management">
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives and provide guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets.">
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly to ensure we meet and exceed our sales goals.">
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help the team improve their sales skills.">
  • Sales Strategy Development">
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.">
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.">
  • Client Management">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.">
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service.">
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop tailored sales solutions.">
  • Performance Monitoring">
  • Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.">
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to ensure seamless customer experience.">
  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management to demonstrate sales performance and progress.">
  • Training & Development">
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.">
  • Foster a positive and motivational team environment to drive engagement and productivity.">
  • Cross-functional Collaboration">
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.">
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and client offerings.">
  • Compliance & Reporting">
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies and sales protocols.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.">
  • Achieving Revenue Goals">
  • Focus on meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal and team contributions.">
  • Strive to grow revenue beyond baseline targets consistently.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business">
  • 3+ years' of sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati">
  • Proven experience in sales or sales management">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to analyze data and craft actionable strategies">
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach">
