Job Purpose:

The Junior Commercial Officer will assist the commercial team in managing contracts, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the implementation of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

  1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and agreements.
  2. Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of contract timelines and milestones.

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant support.
  2. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries or issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Financial and Administrative Support

  1. Assist in preparing reports, financial recovery, bank guarantee support invoicing, payments, and other financial activities related to commercial contracts.
  2. Submission of documents, reconciliation, traveling to customer visits within and outside Maharashtra.

Compliance and Risk Management

  1. Ensure adherence to commercial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  2. Identify potential risks in contracts and proposals, and work with the senior team to mitigate them.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BA or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role (internship experience may be considered).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in writing and verbally.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and commercial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary in the range of ₹6 lakhs to ₹9 lakhs per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
