Lead Generation Manager

At TopSource Worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through comprehensive demand generation strategies. This role requires designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels to attract and nurture prospects.
About the Role- Drive lead generation activities to support customer acquisition and revenue growth, with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
This involves leveraging data-driven approaches to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to maximize ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, is essential to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta, focusing on generating and nurturing high-quality leads, converting them into MQLs and SQLs.
- Set up and manage advertising channels to ensure effective campaign execution, monitoring and improving key performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Have strong communication skills and expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Be data-driven, analytical, and skilled in using tools like HubSpot to optimize campaigns, bringing 5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and performance marketing, ideally in B2B with global exposure.
- Be a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and adept at project and team management, holding a bachelor's degree (a postgraduate degree in marketing or related fields is a plus).
