Job Title: Strategic Finance Partnerships Lead

Our company has experienced rapid growth since its launch in 2017, expanding into new products and markets. We are headquartered in central London with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin, and Belgrade, employing over 2,000 employees worldwide.

As part of our Member Accession Marketing Team (India), you will play a critical role in driving our growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing relationships with key partners to drive the growth of working capital finance solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions
  • Good connect with Regional DSA and National DSA
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products such as Cash Credit, Overdraft
