Job Description:

At our company, we are building a comprehensive business management platform to support small businesses in managing their finances efficiently. Our solution provides members with tailored business accounts and associated banking services, along with connected administrative tools from invoicing to accounting.

The Senior Financial Partnerships Manager identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with key partners to drive the growth of financial solutions. This role requires a mix of business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential partners to enhance the financial ecosystem.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners.
  4. Work on fostering and growing relationships with existing partners in the financial space.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored financial solutions.
  6. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  7. Structure financial solutions such as supply chain financing, trade credit, factoring, invoice discounting, and lines of credit.
  8. Lead negotiations with partners and clients.
  9. Provide training and support to partners on financial products.
  10. Track partner performance and monitor KPIs.
  11. Ensure all partnership agreements comply with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations related to financial financing.
