About the Role:
The Senior Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a customer retention strategy that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to retain customers and drive repeat business.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform future strategies.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CRM vendors to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of customer retention or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
- Skills: Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools, such as Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
