Job Title: Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement through strategic partnerships
  • Catalyze sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure with client-centric approach
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present tailored solutions for enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Buuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution

Bid and Proposal Management:

  • Own end-to-end bid and proposal management, ensuring timely and competitive proposals that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing strategies
  • Implement and continuously improve processes and methodologies for improved efficiency and productivity
  • Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing team for sustainable growth and development

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal closures through data-driven insights
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression for informed decision-making
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion through market research
