Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping organizations achieve their strategic goals. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data from various sources and prepare insightful reports that provide actionable recommendations for improving business performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Design and develop reports using data visualization tools to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain regular dashboards and publish performance summaries to stakeholders
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence, preferably related to data analysis and reporting
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity
  • Knowledge of Arabic - preferred but not required
