Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
  2. Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to inform product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
  5. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building and managing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
