Job Title: Guest Experience Director

About the Role

The Front Office Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on delivering superior guest experiences and fostering a culture of growth and performance within the team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supports the effective management of the front office department, ensuring seamless execution of guest services.
  2. Takes ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Supervises the front office team, promoting a culture of excellence, development, and productivity.
  4. Ensures the control of costs and inventory, achieving predetermined productivity and performance levels.
  5. Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to the success of the hotel through collaborative efforts.
  6. Delivers an effective planned guest engagement program, driving guest loyalty and retention.
  7. Maintains adherence to legislation, performing due diligence and best practices activities for internal and external audits.
