Job Title: Guest Experience ExpertJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a Senior Specialist in Guest Services, you will be responsible for providing a world-class experience to our guests through excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic and integrity.

You will interact with teams across the organization to effectively resolve guest issues in a timely manner. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs while displaying a positive attitude and professionalism in interactions both internally and externally will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat environment. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiating.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be empowered to make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and helpful manner. You will learn new technology and solve problems using all available resources and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Interact with teams across the organization to resolve guest issues
  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality service standards

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
