Job Responsibilities:
  • Event Management:
    • Develop and execute events from conceptualization to closure.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and visitor management.
  • Experience Design:
    • Design immersive experiences that captivate attendees.
    • Ensure events align with brand values and company ethos.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners.
    • Facilitate smooth interactions among all involved parties.
  • On-site Event Execution:
    • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events.
    • Manage event flow, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Post-Event Analysis:
    • Collect feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROI, engagement, and attendance.
    • Present reports and recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Ownership and Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a custodian of the space across all services offered.
    • Establish strong relationships with residents, maintaining an open dialogue.
    • Be receptive to feedback, act upon it, and share insights.
    • Drive innovation, recommending enhancements to the workspace and seeking opportunities for improved collaboration.
    • Conduct observational studies and distribute surveys.
    • Collect employee feedback regularly.
    • Compile and disseminate monthly summaries of utilization, feedback, and events.
    • Maintain accurate files and records.
