Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the first point of contact for guests and ensuring their stay is memorable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
  • Handle various payment types, including cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Anticipate sold-out situations and secure alternative accommodations when necessary
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
