Job Title: Senior Wellness Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the spa run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas of the spa.
  • Create and manage budgets to achieve revenue targets and optimize profitability.
  • Oversee the development of new spa treatments and their marketing to increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies from vendors to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a spa manager, director, or in a similar role in the spa industry.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
