- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of guest experience initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to review and address guest feedback and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in guest experience management.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a senior customer experience role in the services sector.
