Hotel Guest Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests, fulfilling guest room amenities and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Room Maintenance: Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Amenity Fulfillment: Ensure all guest rooms are equipped with necessary amenities, including linens, towels, and toiletries.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Requirements:

  • Mobility: Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Physical Demands: Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
