Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, addressing their needs promptly, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services and Guest Service skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Reservations and handling inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles is advantageous
  • diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management or Aviation
