
Strategic Partnership Coordinator

The Strategic Partnership Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless corporate contract delivery. Key responsibilities include managing financial resources, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve high standards.
This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders after sales are closed. It involves overseeing contract execution, reporting, and feedback, while supporting future business opportunities across various sectors.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess at least 3 years' experience in customer management, with strong proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial software and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Additionally, experience in sales within large sectors such as financial services, media, pharmaceuticals, or tourism is an asset.
Candidates must have excellent English language skills, with fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate international operations. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, and locally recruited candidates will be given preference. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders will need to obtain a valid special work permit issued from the Government of India to work in the British High Commission.
