Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Grindking Universal Private Limited. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires driving sales growth by promoting and supporting our abrasive products, particularly grinding wheels, at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct On-Site Product Trials: Showcase the effectiveness and suitability of our grinding wheels for customer requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice to customers on product selection and application.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Market Feedback: Collect feedback to support product development and business strategy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports and sales data to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1-2 years of experience, particularly in the abrasive industry, will be preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and product applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
