We are seeking an experienced Sales and Estimation Manager to drive sales growth and manage accurate cost estimations for Vasu Infosec Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project-based sales and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline in assigned regions, focusing on Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems, ELV, and IBMS solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
    • Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Estimation & Proposal:
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (UL, NFPA, BIS) and client specifications.
    • Work closely with design and estimation teams to deliver competitive bids.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and retain existing clients.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal design, project, and execution teams.
    • Ensure seamless handover from sales to project implementation team.
  • Achieving Targets:
    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall regional goals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 58 years of experience in sales, estimation, or project-based roles, with relevant experience in Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems, ELV, or IBMS.
