Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment, and will be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Hands-on experience in building and handling large teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
