Dynamic Sales Professional

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in the Personal Care FMCG sector. As a Dynamic Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for our personal care products in the designated region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
- Drive distribution and availability of the company's personal care products in retail outlets, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and selling points of the company's personal care products.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance analysis, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Ensure optimal stock levels at retail outlets and prevent stockouts.
- Train and guide retail sales teams on the product portfolio, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or beauty products.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the personal care or beauty industry is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales-related software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being independent.
