About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to our overall business success as a Senior Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Actively promote sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales figures.
• Efficiently restock shelves, arrange displays, and report low stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Accurately process payments, handle returns, and manage customer transactions.
• Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity if any, and adhere to security policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service industry.
• Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations of taxes and discounts are a must.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
